Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will cover the return shipping cost

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized items (including custom crystal pieces)

Energy-infused or intention-based items (such as energy symbols, spiritual cards, or similar products)

Gift cards and promotional items

These items are made or selected specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us for return eligibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
